White/Unaged Rum

Light, clean, often column-distilled; the classic mixing rum (mojitos, daiquiris). Rum is distilled from sugarcane juice or, more commonly, molasses (a sugarcane processing byproduct), primarily produced across the Caribbean and Latin America, though also made wherever sugarcane grows.
