London Dry Gin

A legally defined, though not necessarily London-made, style: all botanical flavor must come from redistillation (no flavoring added after distillation), producing a crisp, juniper-forward, "dry" profile. Gin is always built on a neutral spirit base redistilled or infused with botanicals, always including juniper (the defining ingredient that legally makes it "gin") alongside a range of others — coriander, citrus peel, angelica root, orris root, and many more, varying by brand.
