Whisky/Whiskey Family
Canadian Whisky
Canada
40%
Typical ABV

Traditionally made by distilling different grains separately (rye, corn, wheat, barley) and blending them after distillation and aging, rather than fermenting/distilling a single mash bill — historically often called simply "rye" in Canada regardless of the actual rye content, which can cause confusion with American rye whiskey.
Profile
Light, smooth, often rye-forward historically.
