Ingredients

  • cardamom

Method

  1. Toast the toastable whole spices, cool, grind, then combine with the dried rose petal and other non-toasted components.
  2. Toast cumin, coriander, and black pepper; cinnamon and cardamom are typically toasted lightly if at all; rose petal is never toasted.
