Ingredients
- Mezcal — 60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice — 22.5 ml (3/4 oz)
- Agave nectar — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
- Soda water, to top — 60 ml (2 oz)
Method
- Shake the mezcal, lime juice and agave nectar hard with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass without ice.
- Top with chilled soda water.
- Serve immediately while fizzing.
