Description: A close cousin of the Cosmopolitan, using raspberry liqueur instead of orange for a fruitier, berry-forward profile.
Cultural Background: Part of the same 1990s-2000s wave of vodka "-tini" cocktails that produced the Cosmopolitan and Lemon Drop Martini.
Tips: Chambord's rich raspberry flavor is distinct from Cointreau's orange — don't expect a Cosmopolitan substitute.
Variations: A splash of orange liqueur alongside the Chambord bridges it closer to a Cosmopolitan.
Serving Suggestion: Serve up, well chilled, as a fruity vodka classic.
Nutrition: Approx. 170 kcal per serving
FAQs:
Q: Is this a Cosmopolitan variant?
A: Closely related in structure, but the raspberry liqueur gives it a distinctly different flavor.
