Queen’s Park Swizzle

Ingredients
- White rum — 60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice — 22.5 ml (3/4 oz)
- Simple syrup — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves — 8-10
- Angostura bitters, on top — 4-6 dashes
Method
- Muddle the mint gently in the bottom of the glass.
- Fill with crushed ice and add the rum, lime juice and syrup.
- Swizzle until the glass frosts.
- Dash Angostura generously over the top and garnish with more mint.
