Ingredients
- White rum — 22.5 ml (3/4 oz)
- Cognac — 22.5 ml (3/4 oz)

Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Twist a lemon peel over the top.
