Description: A Gin Fizz made silky with the addition of egg white, distinguishing it from the plain "Fizz."
Cultural Background: Part of the large family of fizzes documented in 19th and early 20th century American bartending guides.
Tips: A hard, extended dry shake is essential for the drink's signature smooth foam.
Variations: Adding both egg white and yolk instead makes a "Golden Fizz."
Serving Suggestion: Serve immediately after building — like all fizzes, it doesn't hold well.
Nutrition: Approx. 155 kcal per serving
