  • as needed Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Method

  1. Toss the beef cubes with the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread the beef cubes tightly onto the soaked skewers.
