Ingredients

- 4 slices Dark bread
- 1 Small onion, finely diced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Chives, chopped, to garnish
Method
- If the mettwurst is in casing, remove it and place the meat in a bowl.
- Mix in half the diced onion and a good grind of black pepper.
- Spread thickly over the slices of dark bread.
