01 The Arrival

Gorgeous — the whole Bombay café concept comes through, and the Manchester restaurant has so much character. Stylish without being intimidating.

02 The Food

Shared House Chaat, Chicken Ruby, House Black Daal and naan, followed by chai. The House Black Daal was the favourite, creamy and rich enough to eat the whole bowl solo; the House Chaat was fresh and full of flavour, and the chai is worth ordering on its own — the kind of drink that makes you want to sit for another hour.

03 The Experience

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, with a really nice energy throughout the restaurant. Busy and lively in a genuinely enjoyable way, with a lot of attention to detail in the decor.

04 Was It Worth It?

Very good considering the quality and the overall experience.

05 The Verdict

Incredible food, beautiful restaurant, amazing atmosphere, lovely staff, great for sharing. It's popular for a reason, so booking ahead is a good idea.
