O’Flynn’s Gourmet Sausages
O'Flynn's has the no-nonsense feel you want from a sausage shop, making sausages in Cork since 1921 and now in its fourth generation. The sausage was the star - juicy, properly seasoned and much meatier than a cheap supermarket version - with mustard cutting through the richness and onions adding sweetness. Genuinely Cork through and through.
