Café Eco
Café Eco has more of a relaxed coffee-shop vibe than most spots on this list - right in the centre of Cork but easy to lose track of time in. The toasted sandwich was hot, filling and properly comforting, and the cheesecake was a genuine surprise. It's considerably more affordable than most of the trendier Cork cafés.
