Shops & Street Food Review
Flout!
Flout! had a minimalist, slightly industrial atmosphere that made the pizza feel like the star of the show - just pizza, people and the smell of dough baking. The crust really stood out, sitting somewhere between Italian fermentation technique and modern American pizza culture with its generous, often unconventional toppings and square slices. When operating, it was one of Belfast's more interesting pizza spots.
Best Thing About It
The crust - airy, chewy texture with crisp edges and real fermentation flavour, substantial enough that one slice was genuinely enough for lunch.
