Mowgli Street Food Brighton

Mowgli is one of the more playful spots on this list, with rope swings, greenery and a bright interior built around sharing lots of smaller dishes. The Chat Bombs exploded with flavour and texture, the Gunpowder Chicken had a lovely chilli kick, and the Diwali Cauliflower - turmeric-roasted with crunchy sev, pomegranate and tamarind - was colourful and far more exciting than a plain vegetable side.
