Slizza Pizza & Pub

Slizza has exactly the sort of laid-back neighbourhood-pub atmosphere I love - casual enough to turn up hungry, but the pizza is clearly taken seriously. The crust was the big winner, chewy and slightly charred at the edges while staying light, and the pepperoni gave lovely crispy, oily edges with properly melted cheese. It sits somewhere between traditional Italian pizza and contemporary American-influenced pizza culture, and feels like somewhere I could easily become a regular.
