Double Locks

Double Locks is a completely different experience from most of the other places on this list - the canal-side setting is the star of the show. The fish and chips were exactly what I wanted from a waterside pub, crisp batter and chunky chips, and the halloumi fries disappeared much faster than intended. A place I'd choose for the atmosphere as much as the food, especially on a sunny afternoon.
