Ingredients
- 500 g (1.1 lb) Ground beef or pork
- 4 Soft burger buns
- 150 g (2 cups) Cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Mayonnaise-ketchup sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Season the ground meat with garlic powder, salt and pepper, then form into thin, wide patties.
- Griddle the patties over high heat until well-charred and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Toast the buns lightly on the griddle.
- Assemble by placing the patty on the bun, then topping generously with shredded cabbage, tomato slices and the mayo-ketchup sauce.
- Serve immediately while hot.
